With nearly 40 years of top level experience between Matthew Rowe and Martyn Rohrs – the majority of which was spent in senior positions within the country’s most respected traditional estate agencies, they came to Cape Creative in need of a website to kick-start this concept and showcase their luxury client homes throughout Cornwall.

Having recently developed the new identity for Rohrs & Rowe, the next step was to begin to transfer this new identity across all forms of thier print based marketing.

Working closely with Martyn and Matthew, Cape Creative has created a wide variety of printed collateral for Rohrs & Rowe, targeting both sellers and buyers alike. This has taken the form of a wide variety of adverts, corporate stationery and brochure designs.
