Mike has come to fully appreciate that the only effective way to deliver lasting results is via an integrative approach that combines, physical conditioning, movement, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and a sense of purpose. Unfortunately, the previous website for Optima was extremely outdated and was no longer a true reflection of the services that they offer. Mike came to Cape Creative looking for an entirely new online presence and a website that would broaden his market to cover the entirety of Cornwall.
